20世纪50年代
上海新华香料厂依托苏联技术，通过自主研发，成功研制出中国首条香兰素生产工艺，填补了新中国化工史上的空白。白熊牌香兰素应运而生。

In 1950s
Shanghai Xinhua perfume Co., Ltd. developed the first vanillin production process in China, and depend on the Soviet union technology and independent R&D.
20世纪末
国企改制，上海新华香料厂并入上海家化。
The state-owned enterprise reform, Shanghai Xinhua has amalgamated with Shanghai Jiahua.
2003年
上海家化与享有“中国香兰素生产基地”之称的嘉兴中华化工有限公司合作，成立上海新华香料有限公司，团队主要由原上海新华香料厂骨干组成。
2003 years
Shanghai Jiahua cooperated with Jiaxing Zhonghua Chemical Co., Ltd. Called “The vanillin production base of China”, and found the Shanghai Xinhua perfume Co., Ltd. A lot of employees of Shanghai Xinhua perfume Co., Ltd. are elite from pre-Shanghai Xinhua perfume plant.
